For major events like AFL Grand Final, Melbourne Cup, and major concerts, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Popular events sell out quickly! For regular events, 48-72 hours notice is usually sufficient.
No problem! For return transfers, we monitor event schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly. If a match goes to extra time or an encore extends the concert, we’ll be there when you come out. Just send us a quick text with an update if you can.
Our drivers know dedicated pickup points at every major venue that avoid the main crowd exits. We’ll send you the exact meeting point before the event, usually a short 2-3 minute walk from your gate. It’s actually faster than finding your car in a massive parking lot!
Never, our prices are fixed at booking. What you’re quoted is what you pay even on Grand Final day or New Year’s Eve.
