Find answers to common questions about our NDIS transport services
For NDIA-managed and Plan-managed participants, no upfront payment is required. We invoice directly to the NDIA or your Plan Manager. Self-managed participants receive invoices for claiming, with flexible payment options available.
We do our best to accommodate your needs; however, all requests are subject to availability.
You can request the same driver for your regular trips, and we will do our best to accommodate this. All driver allocations remain subject to availability.
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for regular trips. For recurring transport (like weekly appointments), we can set up ongoing bookings. We do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations in accordance with our Term & Conditions
